We are happy to offer free standard shipping for all orders, which can take up to 21 business days. For orders over $150 USD, we offer free Express Shipping.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Deja Vu Apothecary is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Please note it is possible that you may receive your items in generic, minimal packaging directly from the nearest factory. Rest assured that the quality of your pieces is not reflected by the packaging you received it in. After all, it's what's on the inside that counts! 

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES 

International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. Apart from the UK & EU, these taxes are covered in your shipping costs.
