To extend the life of your Gold Filled Jewellery...
- You can sleep, swim and sweat in our gold filled jewellery, but make sure to rub it with a clean, dry soft cotton cloth often
- If you've worn your piece/s to the gym or the beach, rinse your gold filled jewellery in lukewarm water and then dry it with a soft cotton cloth

Although Gold Filled jewellery is the closest thing you can get to solid gold, and will not flake or rub off, we still recommend taking good care of it for longevity. As a general rule for jewellery care, avoid chemicals, lotions, suncreams, and perfumes.
